SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Eaton Corp. said Wednesday it completed the purchase of a small systems business unit from Schneider Electric's MGE UPS Systems for 425 million euros ($612 million). The deal was originally announced on June 21. For the 12-month period ending Sept. 30, the small systems business of MGE reported sales of about 167 million euros ($240 million), said Eaton.

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Eaton Vance Corp.'s board of directors Wednesday approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend by 25% to 15 cents a share.
